Erdem Genç

Erdem Genç is currently the Global Customer Service Operations Director at Webhelp since October 2015. Prior to this role, Erdem held various positions such as Digital Customer Channels Operations Manager at CMC Turkey from March 2011 to October 2015, and Customer Relations Specialist at Migros from 2008 to March 2011. Erdem holds a Master's Degree in Digital & Interactive Marketing from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics And Industrial Relations from Anadolu University. Erdem also completed high school in Foreign Languages and Literatures at Nuri Cıngıllıoğlu Lisesi from 2003 to 2007.
