Yan Noblot

Yan Noblot is the Chief Technology Officer at Webhelp. Yan has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry.

Yan started their career as a Research Engineer Intern at NEC from July 1998 to December 1998. Yan then joined Schlumberger as an IT Security Coordinator from September 1999 to December 2003. Yan then moved to Atos, where they lead the Global Digital Practice from January 2004 to October 2018.

Yan has a wealth of experience in managing fast-growing businesses, P&Ls, delivery and people. Yan is also an expert in the field of Analytics and Business Intelligence, IoT, Customer Engagement Platforms (including Salesforce and Pega), UX and mobility, Industry 4.0 and Integration services.

Under Yan’s leadership, Webhelp is continuing to grow and thrive as a leading technology company.

Yan Noblot's educational career began with classes preparatoires in math at the Lycée Henri Poincaré. Yan then went on to study telecommunications at Télécom Paris, where they earned an engineer's degree. Finally, they completed an MBA in business administration and management at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

They are on a team with Julio Jolin - CEO Spain, Jean-Baptiste Decaix - Chief Client Officer, and Bruno Vaffier - CFO & Group Managing Director, Finance, IT & Innovation. Yan Noblot reports to Olivier Duha, Co-Founder & CEO.
