Omer Koren began their work experience in 2008 at BIKS Intelligence Solutions Consulting Firm, where they held the positions of Head of Intelligence Apps Section from an unknown start date to August 2015, and Project Manager from an unknown start date to 2011. In 2013, they co-founded WizeSize, an early-stage startup focused on solving the online shoe-fitting problem. Omer developed computer vision algorithms and led product management until June 2015. In September 2015, Koren became the CEO of Webiks, a position they currently hold.
Omer Koren completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, during the same period, Koren also earned another Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree, this time in Physics, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In terms of certifications, Koren obtained a Deep Learning Specialization from deeplearning.ai in December 2018 and a Natural Language Processing Specialization, also from deeplearning.ai, in October 2020.
