Kate O'Connor

Kate O'Connor has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning multiple companies and industries. Kate started their career in 1986 as an HR Manager at BMDP Statistical Software and worked there until 1995. In 1996, they joined EMC Ireland as the Director of Human Resources, where they led a diverse HR team and provided strategic HR support across multiple functions. Kate remained in this role until 2011.

From 2010 to 2013, Kate O'Connor worked at VCE, the Virtual Computing Environment Company, as the Senior Director of Human Resources for EMEA and APJ.
