Maksym Fedorenko

Maksym Fedorenko has been working in the translation and interpretation field since 2006. Maksym started their career at DTEK as a Translator/Interpreter. Two years later, they moved to Metinvest and took on the role of Lead Translator/Interpreter. In 2009, they joined Donbass Arena as a Translator/Interpreter. In 2011, they began working at FC Shakhtar Donetsk as a Translation Project Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Webio Ltd since 2023 as a Collaborative Industry Research Project.

Maksym Fedorenko has a diverse educational background. In 2022-2023, they completed an MSc Information Systems for Business Performance from Cork University Business School, with a focus on Business Information Systems. From 2006-2008, they earned a Level 9 Diploma in International Business from Donetsk National Technical University, focusing on International Business/Trade/Commerce. From 1992-1997, they completed an MA in English & French Philology from Gorlivka State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages, with a focus on Teaching English or French as a Second or Foreign Language. In 2017, they completed a Cambridge English Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (QCF) from CAMBRIDGE ENGLISH Language Assessment (part of the University of Cambridge). Additionally, in 2017, they completed the TEACHING KNOWLEDGE TEST from CAMBRIDGE ENGLISH Language Assessment (part of the University of Cambridge), with a focus on TKT Module 1. In 2013, they earned a Certificate in Advanced English (Council of Europe Level C1) from UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE ESOL Examinations. In 2007, they successfully completed the Developing Responsibility course from KMK / TACK Training, Ltd (Investor in People, IFTDO member). In 1994, they successfully completed the Religious Vocabulary for Interpreters of English course from Horlivka Campus of Southern Christian University Biblical Studies School (Montgomery AL, USA). Maksym also has an additional certification in SQL Programming, obtained in December 2021 from Programming Hub.
