Alex Swope

Alex Swope began their work experience in 2008 as a Barista at The Music Cafe. In 2010, they joined The ALS Association - DC/MD/VA Chapter, where they held various roles such as Development Assistant, E-Communications Coordinator, and Grant and Communications Manager. During their time at the association, they focused on securing funding from foundations and managing online and offline communications and marketing. In 2015, Alex joined WebMechanix as a Digital Marketing Specialist and later became the Director of Strategy in January 2022.
