Oleh Frolov is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in web development, finance, and project management. As the Co-Founder and CEO of if.team since July 2022, Oleh leads an all-in-one ERP solution tailored for project-focused companies. At Webnauts, established in June 2018, Oleh serves as a Founding Partner and Co-Founder, overseeing complex web projects for businesses. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Бизнес-Мотор from April 2012 to June 2018, Oleh managed web development and SEO initiatives. Initial career stages included finance manager roles at Ки́ника "Форманта" and Євроколесо, where financial operations were optimized, alongside a freelance copywriting stint. Prior positions included Chief Specialist at OTP Bank. Academic qualifications include bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Law, as well as a master's degree in Enterprise Economics.
