Melanie Dutton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Melanie Dutton is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at WebPT. Prior to that, they worked at LA Fitness as a Group Fitness Instructor, where they designed and instructed challenging fitness classes and promoted a healthy lifestyle. Melanie also held positions at RealPage, Inc., where they served as the Director of US Talent Acquisition and HR Manager, M&A. At MoneyGram International, they served as the HRIS & HR Operations Manager, focusing on streamlining and improving HR processes. Melanie Dutton also worked at SanMar as an HRIS Manager and HR Manager, overseeing HR operations for the company's Texas Distribution Center and several other facilities. Before that, Melanie worked as an HR Director at TDI-LLC and as an Adjunct Faculty and Academic Advisor at the University of North Texas. Melanie holds certifications in SHRM-CP, PHR, and an MBA degree.

Melanie Dutton then went on to earn their MBA in Management from the University of North Texas in 2005. In addition to their degrees, they hold certifications as a Group Fitness Instructor from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
