Ratna Pallavi

Ratna Pallavi has extensive work experience in operations and service delivery roles. Ratna is currently the Director of Operations at WebPT, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Optum as an Associate Director from February 2022 to May 2023, and as a Service Delivery Leader from March 2019 to February 2022. Before joining Optum, Ratna worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Service Delivery Manager from August 2015 to February 2019. Ratna'searlier experience includes a long tenure at ADP India, where they held the position of Deputy Manager - Operations / Service Delivery from November 2004 to July 2015. Ratna also worked at ADP India Pvt. Ltd. as the Deputy Manager - Service Delivery Operations from November 2004 to July 2015.
