Terje O.

Terje O. has a strong background in software development and sales. Terje began their career in 1990 as a Developer at International Systems AS, where they worked on developing software solutions for Trade Finance. In 1995, they joined Scansoft as a Developer before moving on to Oracle Norway in 1998. At Oracle, Terje worked as a Principal Sales Consultant, specializing in pre-sales and product management for Oracle middleware with a focus on Java. In 2004, Terje joined Webstep AS, initially as an Adviser and Partner and later becoming the Chief Operating Officer.

Terje O. attended NKI Datahøgskolen from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Systemutvikling. After that, they enrolled at BI Norwegian Business School from 1989 to 1990 to pursue a degree in Bedriftsøkonom.
