Michael Rios

Michael Rios has a diverse background in various industries. Michael started their career in the US Army as a Captain and Medical Operations Officer. After leaving the military, they held positions in the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance as the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations. Michael then ventured into the dental industry, working at Webster Dental Care as President and Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, Michael has experience in the real estate sector, working as an investor at Brevitas. Michael also founded and served as President of Aptus Exchange LLC, a company providing management consulting and business brokerage services. Currently, they are the President of Aptus Inc., a parent company with investments in software, advisory services, and hospitality.

Michael Rios obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business between 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Business from Virginia Military Institute from 2002 to 2005. In 2014, they also completed a Basic Economic Development Certificate from the UNC School of Government with a focus on Economic Development. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Knights of Columbus Safe Environment Policies from Praesidium, Inc. in August 2021, VIRTUS from the NATIONAL CATHOLIC RISK RETENTION GROUP INC in April 2021, and Coaching High Potentials from LinkedIn in May 2019.
