Julio Serrano - Looking For Leaders

Julio Serrano is the Owner and Founder of Operation Total Leadership, a Crestcom Licensee, since September 2019, and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior at Webster University. Julio has been a Crestcom Franchise Owner since November 2019 and serves as a Ready To Work San Antonio Training Provider in collaboration with the City of San Antonio since June 2022. Julio also trains and coaches in the Schertz Young Leaders program, aimed at developing future leaders in Schertz, beginning in October 2022. Julio's previous experience includes a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force, holding various roles such as Program Manager and Human Resources Team Lead. Julio holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership with a concentration in Interdisciplinary Studies from Trident University International.
