Kevin Hoffmeyer

Kevin Hoffmeyer is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate and real estate transactional work, currently serving as an Attorney at AEGIS Law since November 2018, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and high-profile e-commerce transactions. In addition to legal practice, Kevin is an Adjunct Professor at Webster University, teaching International Business Law since Spring 2020. Previous roles include Corporate Counsel at Save-A-Lot and Associate Attorney positions at Husch Blackwell and Spencer Fane LLP, with a concentration on Real Estate, Construction, and Corporate law.
