Monic J Houpe

Monic J Houpe, MBA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Harvesters--The Community Food Network, managing operational and programmatic activities while leading supply chain strategy. Additionally, Monic holds positions as Adjunct Instructor at Northwest Missouri State University and Adjunct Assistant Professor at Webster University, teaching various business and finance courses to students in the US and China. As an Author and Publishing Advisor with SOLD Enterprises, Monic has contributed to multiple publications. Monic’s speaking engagements have included notable organizations such as the American Advertising Federation and the American Marketing Association. Previous experience includes roles at Hallmark Cards, where strategic direction was provided for marketing and product development, and teaching adult education with North Kansas City Schools. Monic holds an MBA in Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University.
