Rhea Irvin

Rhea Irvin has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Rhea is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Professor and Course Lead at Webster University starting from 2016. Rhea also has experience as an Independent Consultant, where they worked as a Human Resources Professional starting from 2015. Rhea has held multiple positions at different organizations, including Director of Human Resources at Cardinal Ritter Senior Services from 2021 to 2023, Sr. Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at St. Patrick Center from 2018 to 2021, Human Resources/Program Director at Third Presbyterian Church Preschool and Youth Center from 2015 to 2018, Director of Human Resources at ABBCO Service Corporation from 2014 to 2016, Director of Human Resources at Kwame Building Group from 2010 to 2014, and Human Resources Director at Asbury Automotive Group d/b/a Plaza Motor Company from 2003 to 2010.

Rhea Irvin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, which they completed from 1984 to 1990. Rhea also obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Development with a focus on Human Resources from Webster University, which they completed in 1993.
