Ron Hamilton

Ron Hamilton, MS, is a seasoned professional in management and human resources consulting, currently serving as Chief Consultant at Practical HR Solutions since January 1996. With a unique background as both a top Human Resources Executive and a leading consultant, Ron specializes in supporting organizations experiencing rapid growth or change. Additionally, Ron has been an Associate Professor (Part Time) at Webster University since 2003, teaching graduate courses in Human Resources and Management. Previously, Ron held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Corestates Financial from November 1991 to December 1995, overseeing Employee Services, HR Communications, and HR Policies for a large workforce of 20,000 employees. Ron earned a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania between 1986 and 1989.
