Ewa Stasiowska

Ewa (Ava) Stasiowska has extensive experience in risk management and financial services. Ewa (Ava) began their career in 1998 as a Credit Analyst at Farmington Bank and subsequently held various roles at UPS Capital, Northamerican Bank, and Webster Bank, including Acting Credit Manager and Treasury Credit Manager. In 2007, they briefly worked at Bank of America as a VP in Portfolio & Analytics. From 2010 to 2018, Ewa served as Chief of Staff to the CRO at Webster Bank, where they led strategic projects and managed regulatory relations. Ewa (Ava) also held senior roles as SVP, Director of Enterprise Risk Management and SVP, Director of Operational Risk & Enterprise Risk Management, where they were responsible for implementing risk management programs, overseeing risk governance, and reporting risk to inform business decisions.

Ewa (Ava) Stasiowska earned a BA in Economics from Boston University in 1997. Ewa (Ava) later completed an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business from 2002 to 2004.
