Jacob Munson

Jacob Munson is an accomplished telecom architect and solutions expert with extensive experience in unified communications and VoIP technologies. Currently serving as the Director Telecom Architect at Webster Bank since January 2021, Jacob has successfully renegotiated contracts resulting in significant cost savings and led the implementation of cloud PBX solutions. As the owner of CMAD Systems LLC, Jacob developed web and Python applications to streamline Cisco Phone deployments. Previous roles include Senior Solutions Architect at GDT, Systems Engineer at Netech Corporation, and Voice Engineer at both Ford Motor Company and Tetra Pak, where Jacob led major upgrades and deployments of Cisco Unified Communication systems. Jacob holds an associate degree in Show Production and Touring from Full Sail University and has pursued education at Washtenaw Community College.
