John Livingston

John Livingston, PMP, SAFe RTE, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and project management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Consumer & Business Digital Technologies at Webster Bank since February 2022, roles have included leading digital initiatives in consumer and small business sectors. John is a longstanding member of the Town of Tolland Technology Task Force since March 2012 and previously held positions such as Director of Digital Solutions at Sterling National Bank and Senior Digital Consultant at Otis Elevator Co. Notably, at The Hartford, John held various leadership roles that contributed to significant digital advancements in the organization. John's board experience includes serving as Director and Governance Committee Chair for the Lupus Foundation of America, CT Chapter. John holds a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering with a concentration in Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island.
