Kelly Giordano

Kelly Giordano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and grant management. Currently serving as Managing Director of Philanthropy at Webster Bank, Kelly has previously held consulting roles at Wellness in the Schools and Connecticut Public, focusing on community engagement and organizational awareness. Kelly's leadership experience includes directing a $25 to $30 million annual grants budget at Newman's Own Foundation, along with roles in corporate philanthropy at Lehman Brothers, where inaugural employee giving campaigns were developed. Earlier career positions include significant contributions at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Goldman Sachs, demonstrating a diverse skill set in financial management, grant reporting, and community relations. Kelly holds a BA in Economics, Finance, and Spanish from Bucknell University.
