Melissa Barcikowski's work experience includes various roles and positions at multiple companies. Melissa started their career at GE Capital in 1993 as an Auditor and later held positions in Commercial Portfolio Management, Business Development, and Commercial Underwriting. In 2007, they became the Vice President and Director of Credit Administration at GE Capital. Melissa then transitioned to GE Energy Management in 2010, where they served as the Vice President of Global Financial Planning and Analysis. In 2013, they joined GE Power as the Vice President and Head of the Global Monetization Center of Excellence. Melissa then moved to Webster Bank in 2017 and held roles as Vice President of Credit Policy and Senior Vice President of Credit Reporting and Analytics. Currently, they are working at Webster Bank as the Senior Managing Director of Transformation and Execution.

Melissa Barcikowski holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, which they obtained from the University of Connecticut in 2000. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same university, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance in 1993.
