Michael Glisci

Michael Glisci is an experienced Benefits Manager currently with Webster Bank since February 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating COBRA compliance and launching a Wellness Committee. With a background that includes roles at Sterling National Bank as a Senior Benefits Analyst, Blue Apron as a Benefits Analyst, and Aurify Brands, Michael has developed expertise in health insurance and various benefit programs, and has successfully conducted benefits orientations and Open Enrollment presentations. Michael holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University.
