Nancy O'Donnell

Nancy O'Donnell has extensive work experience in the legal field. From 2007 to 2014, they worked as an Associate at Griffin, Coogan, Bloze, Sulzer & Horgan PC, where they represented clients in commercial and residential loans and played a key role in policy, risk management, and compliance. In 2014, they joined Webster Bank as an Associate General Counsel & VP, where they closed complex commercial loans and managed the loan portfolio. Nancy also provided legal counsel to executive management on various banking matters and served as a subject matter expert in mitigating risk and ensuring legal compliance. In 2017, Nancy was promoted to Associate General Counsel & SVP at Webster Bank, where they continued to provide legal guidance and support to the bank's operations and risk departments.

Nancy O'Donnell holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with an International Law Certificate from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. Nancy also has a BA degree in Social Science, with minors in English Writing and Business Studies, from Providence College. In addition, Nancy has obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Sterling National Bank, and as a Licensed Attorney from both the New York State Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
