Shawn Cochran began their work experience in 2008 at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where they held the position of Manager - Business and Government Customer Support until 2015. In 2015, they joined Webster Bank as a Sales & Service Manager, later progressing to the role of AVP - Sales & Service Manager in 2017 and then VP - Sales & Service Manager in 2019.
Shawn Cochran holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General from Albertus Magnus College. Shawn also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Connecticut State University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2021.
