Morganne August

Morganne August is the Director of People Operations at WebStrategies. Morganne has a background in communications and human resources, and they have used their skills to improve the way their previous companies operate.

At TemperPack, Morganne was the Senior Account Manager. Morganne helped the company develop sustainable packaging solutions that consumers and companies could feel good about using.

Before TemperPack, Morganne worked for WayForth as the Internal Communications Manager. Morganne was responsible for developing and executing the company's strategy for communicating daily COVID-19 policy changes and updates to employees. Morganne also launched a centralized communications system for 250 office staff, designed a people development strategy, and created and implemented employee surveys, quarterly performance reviews, standardized mover training, DE&I training, and a master internal communications plan.

Morganne August has a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Arts in Education in Secondary English Curriculum and Instruction from William & Mary, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Virginia Tech. Morganne also has certification from SHRM as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Their manager is Chris Leone, CEO. Morganne August works with Brandon Frey - Director of Digital Marketing, Laura Turianski - Director of Accounts, and Kelly Browning - Director of Operations.
