Ohad Tsur

Ohad Tsur has a range of work experience in various roles within customer success and support. Ohad started their career in the Israeli Military Intelligence as a Group Manager in the Research Division. Ohad then moved on to Intel Corporation, where they worked as an Operations Shift Leader. From there, they joined ClickSoftware, first as a Support Engineer and then as a World Wide Support Group Leader. Ohad later became an Enterprise Project Manager at ClickSoftware before moving on to Pepperi, where they held the positions of Director of Account Management and Customer Success, as well as Head of Customer Success. After Pepperi, Ohad worked at Namogoo as the Director of Customer Success and then at Bringg as the Head of Customer Success. Ohad is currently serving as the VP of Customer Success & Support at Webz.io.

Ohad Tsur completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2005 and 2009. Ohad then pursued a Masters Degree in Management (Extension School) in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard Extension School from 2013 to 2015.
