Neil Mrkvicka

Neil Mrkvicka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer insights, analytics, and workforce planning. Currently serving as the Principal Customer Insights & Analytics Specialist at WEC Energy Group since June 2017, Neil manages customer satisfaction research across multiple utility companies and provides actionable insights based on findings. Previously, Neil held roles as a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst at Aurora Health Care, where analytical models were developed to forecast service demand, and as a Senior Research Analyst at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, where surveys on employee benefits were designed and analyzed. Neil's earlier experience includes teaching quantitative methodology as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and multiple research internships. Neil holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
