Jon Golm

Jon Golm has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jon founded WeCare Connect in 2013 and served as President & CEO, successfully growing the company into a leader in the employee and customer survey space. Prior to that, they were the Director of Service Development at Wellspring Lutheran Services from 2009 to 2015. In this role, they expanded the Private Duty business unit and managed the operations of the Aging Enriched Network. Jon also co-owned Greenbush Golf Course from 2003 to 2014, where they implemented operational processes and managed a team. Additionally, Jon was Vice President & Partner at Right Response - dba (SchoolStream) from 2002 to 2008, overseeing sales, customer service, and product development. Jon began their career as Vice President of Operations at American Systems Technology, Inc. from 1996 to 2006, where they led various areas including business development, staff management, project management, and marketing.

Jon Golm completed their education starting from 1986 to 1990 at Lutheran North High School. Jon then furthered their studies at Michigan Technological University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems.
