Rick Soloway

Rick Soloway has an extensive background in human resources and has held various leadership positions in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People Services at WeCare tlc, Rick previously directed activities to enhance the culture for the people of Synergy Settlement Services. With a Master's degree in Education from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Temple University, Rick's expertise includes overseeing all facets of HR departments, implementing HRIS systems, compensation planning, leadership development, and more. Throughout their career, Rick has successfully led the alignment of HR services during mergers and provided contracted HR services to group health insurance clients.
