Ron Williams

Ron Williams has over 30 years of experience in quality assurance and management within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at WECKWORTH MANUFACTURING since December 2017, Ron previously held the same title at Figeac Aero North America, Inc., and Impresa Aerospace, LLC. Noteworthy achievements include maintaining a quality rating of 99.87% through the enforcement of quality assurance policies, collaboration on product development, and effective training methods. Prior roles included Quality Assurance Manager positions at R & R Aerospace, Fiber Dynamics, Inc., and Pryer Machine & Tool Co. Inc., as well as early experience as a Quality/Machinist at JimCo Job Shop Inc. and service in the United States Army.
