Jennifer Fremont-Smith

Jennifer Fremont-Smith has extensive work experience in the corporate world. Jennifer began their career in 1998 as the CEO and Founder of Third Level Data, Inc. Jennifer then moved on to OnDemandCRM.com in 2001 as COO and Founder. In 2004, they took on the role of COO at Eventective, Inc. In 2005, they became the CEO and Founder of AnswerSmart. Jennifer then went on to become a Sloan Fellow at the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2008. In 2009, they became VP of Business Development at High Start Group. From 2011 to 2013, they were the CEO and Co-founder of Smarterer, a crowdsourced skills assessment technology backed by Google Ventures and True Ventures, which was later acquired by Pluralsight. In 2016, they founded Beyond Apps. Most recently, they have been the CEO of WECO Hospitality since 2020.

Jennifer Fremont-Smith received their MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management between 2008 and 2010. Jennifer obtained their BA in Business Administration from Georgetown University between 1991 and 1995. Additionally, they studied Economics at Ludwig Maximillians Universitaat in Munich, Germany between 1992 and 1993.
