Ian Pacquette

Ian Pacquette has extensive experience in service delivery and operations management, currently serving as the Global Service Delivery Manager at Connect since January 2007, where previous roles included Senior Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager. Prior to joining Connect, Ian Pacquette worked at Verizon from 1996 to 2007, holding the title of Senior Operations Manager. Ian Pacquette is an alumnus of St. Georges.
