Chad Rose

Chad Rose is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a strong background in managing payroll operations for both small and large organizations. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at Wedbush Securities since November 2021, Chad oversees the semi-monthly payroll processing for 750 colleagues and plays a key role in resolving payroll errors, generating comprehensive reports, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Prior to this, Chad held the position of Payroll Manager at American Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities included managing payroll for 1,200 employees, handling extensive job costing, and overseeing benefit administration. Chad's career began as a Human Resources Manager at National Services Group Inc., and previously served as a Client Service Supervisor at Paychex. Chad possesses an Associate of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Orange Coast College.
