Evan Boucher

Evan Boucher has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Evan recently held the position of VP - Corporate Counsel at Wedbush Securities since June 2023. Prior to that, Evan worked as an Attorney at Walden Macht & Haran LLP from July 2022 to August 2023.

Before these roles, Evan served as an Associate Director at Guidehouse from August 2020 to August 2022, where they performed fraud investigations, reviewed loan applications, and obtained government security clearance.

Evan also had a significant tenure at Morgan Stanley, where they held various positions including Executive Director - Legal and Compliance Division from August 2009 to August 2020, and Associate - Client Litigation from February 2006 to August 2009.

Earlier in their career, Evan worked as an Account Manager at Westcon-Comstor from March 2004 to February 2006, and as a Sr. Business Development Executive at MicroWarehouse from October 1998 to February 2004.

Evan Boucher attended Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Their field of study was focused on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, Evan Boucher attended Quinnipiac University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Their field of study at Quinnipiac University was Communication and Media Studies.
