Viviana Harrington

Viviana Harrington is currently the VP of Corporate and Compliance Counsel at Aptive Environmental. Prior to this, Viviana held roles at Sunnova Energy as Senior Counsel for Compliance and Regulatory, at Vivint as Assistant General Counsel and Licensing Manager, at Bacardi as an Extern in the Legal Department, and at various other legal positions in organizations such as Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and TRIBUNAL DE LO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO DEL ESTADO. Viviana holds a Master of Laws in International Law from the University of Miami School of Law, an MBA in Business from Webster University, and a Juris Doctor equivalent from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
