Phillip B. Ruggeiro Jr.

Phillip B. Ruggeiro Jr. has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Phillip B. started their career as an Investment Banking Intern at Drexel Burnham Lambert in 1986. From 1988 to 1990, they worked at Morgan Stanley as a Fixed Income Sales professional. In 1990, they joined MCA, Inc. as an Associate Vice President, where they focused on developing products for the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities department. Phillip B. then moved to O'Connor & Co. / Southwest Securities Group (SWS)/Hilltop Securities, where they served as a Vice President and Institutional Sales Manager for the Fixed Income Division. During their tenure, they successfully tripled the sales revenues on the desk and managed a team of professionals. In 1999, they joined Miller & Schroeder Financial as a Senior Vice President, where they worked as a West Coast Institutional Sales & Trading professional. In 2001, their group was acquired by Wedbush Securities, and they continued their career as a Senior Vice President in the Capital Markets Division. Phillip B. was made a Shareholder of the firm in 2004 and worked closely with management in all capacities of the department.

Phillip B. Ruggeiro Jr. completed their high school education at Loyola High School of Los Angeles from 1978 to 1982. Then, they pursued higher education at Cal Poly Orfalea College of Business, where they studied Finance and graduated with a degree in Business Administration from 1982 to 1987.
