Cynthia Padilla has worked in the customer service industry since 2011, beginning their career as a Bank Teller at Chase. Cynthia then worked as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo from 2014 to 2018. After that, they worked as a Customer Success Associate at Vast Conference from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they moved to Dow Jones where they worked as a Customer Success Executive. Currently, they are employed as an Onboarding & Implementation Manager at WeeCare.
