Kapish Manicka has a diverse work experience beginning in 2014 when they co-founded PartyFone. In 2016, they worked as a Vertical Development Manager at Groupon. In 2018, they were the Head of Partnerships in Northern Virginia at DoorDash. In 2019, they worked as an Enterprise Sales Executive at Grubhub. In 2021, they were a GTM Account Executive at Benepass. Currently, they are a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at WeeCare.

Kapish Manicka attended Miami University from 2012 to 2016, studying Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing. In 2017, they completed the Deep Dive Accelerator Program - Batch 4 at The Batchery in Berkeley, CA. In July 2022, they obtained a certification in Managing Generation Z from LinkedIn.
