Melissa Echandia

Melissa Echandia has a diverse work experience. Melissa currently works as an Operations Analyst at WeeCare since March 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Invisible Technologies Inc., where they served as a Team Lead in the Financial Services department from September 2022 to January 2023. Before that, they held the position of Lead in Commercial Operations from February 2021 to September 2022. Melissa also gained experience as an International Business Intern at Compañía Nacional de Chocolates S.A.S from January 2020 to July 2020. Additionally, they co-founded Ingenium Tutorías in June 2016 and served in that capacity until July 2020. Furthermore, they worked as a Teacher Assistant in Financial Mathematics at Universidad EAFIT from July 2018 to December 2018.

Melissa Echandia attended Universidad EAFIT from 2015 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in International Business. During their studies, they had the opportunity to participate in the ELAP Scholarship program at Bishop's University in 2019. Additionally, Melissa was awarded the GRSP Scholarship and attended Georgia Gwinnett College as an international student from 2015 to 2016.

In terms of certifications, Melissa obtained an Agile Project Management certification from Google Career Certificates in March 2023. Melissa also completed a Project Management Specialization from the same institution in the same month and year. Prior to that, in May 2021, Melissa received a certification in Inclusive Leadership: The Power of Workplace Diversity from the University of Colorado.
