Lu Cacioppo

A distinguished business and community leader with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets. A former Deloitte partner, Lu is appointed as an independent director and chair of WeedMD’s Audit Committee. He is currently the vice chair and managing partner at private equity firm Beringer Capital.
