Katherine Hickson is a highly experienced professional in product development and sourcing, currently serving as a Senior Global Product Developer & Sourcing Responsible at Weekday since February 2022. Previously, Katherine held prominent roles at H&M, starting as a product developer in ladieswear for the China supply chain before advancing to Global Development Lead, managing the young adult assortment and enhancing supplier capabilities across China, Cambodia, and Myanmar. Katherine also has a background as a Womenswear Designer for Bestseller Fashion Group in China and has worked in various design and advisory roles in the luxury retail sector. Katherine's educational qualifications include diplomas in UX and Digital Product Design from Berghs School of Communication, and studies in Artificial Intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, among others, complemented by a BA in Print/Womenswear and Digital Design Print from Ravensbourne University London.
