Jess McKinney

Jess McKinney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Division President at David Weekley Homes since May 2011, where responsibilities include launching the new Indianapolis division and overseeing business development and land procurement. Prior to this role, Jess held various positions at Estridge Homes from July 1999 to May 2011, including Vice President of Sales, where leadership during the housing market recession was pivotal, and General Sales Manager, noted for improving sales conversion ratios.
