Joe Muench

Joe Muench is a Land Acquisition Associate at David Weekley Homes since December 2023. Previously, Joe held several roles at New Western from June 2019 to August 2023, including Acquisitions Manager and Sales Manager. Joe began a career in real estate as an Investment Analyst at Eastdil Secured in 2018, where detailed market research and cash flow modeling were key responsibilities. Joe also gained management experience as a Project Manager at Student Painters in 2016. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics and Business Economics from Ohio University, earned in April 2019.
