Lisa Romprey is a seasoned professional in the behavioral health and social services sectors, currently serving as the BH and SUD Practice Manager at Weeks Medical Center since November 2019. Previously, Lisa held various roles at Crotched Mountain Foundation for over two decades, including HUD Program Coordinator and Team Coordinator, where responsibilities included establishing a private Case Management Program. At Northern Human Services, Lisa coordinated services for individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities. Lisa's early career included positions such as Bookkeeper/Business Office Manager at McKerley Health Care Center. Lisa holds a Bachelor's of Science in Social Work from Plymouth State University, a Master's degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College, and is a Registered Housing Manager through the National Center for Housing Management.
