Jessica Scott-Ball

Jessica Scott-Ball is a Learning and Development Facilitator at Weetabix since March 2023, specializing in capability assessments and the implementation of functional learning and development plans. Prior to Weetabix, Jessica served as the Global Learning & Development Lead at Cytiva from July 2019 to February 2023, where responsibility included leading the customer service training catalogue and developing training materials for various levels of customer service teams. Jessica's earlier experience includes roles at GE Healthcare as a Customer Care Coordinator, where account management for significant Biopharma accounts was a key focus, and positions at VWR and Safran. Jessica holds a BA Hons in Business Management from Buckinghamshire New University and is pursuing a Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development through CIPD, with completion expected in February 2025.
