Lisa Mione

Lisa Mione's work experience begins in 2015 when they worked as a stagista at Comune di Cassina Rizzardi. In 2018, they also worked as a stagista at Comune di Montano Lucino. From 2019, Lisa worked at wefox, initially starting as a Stagista in the HR Department & Development before becoming an HR Generalist & Recruiter at wefox Italy. Lisa'sresponsibilities included job description drafting, CV screening, employee payroll activities, administrative tasks, and contract drafting. Additionally, they managed employee attendance, organized obligatory medical appointments and training courses, and supported recruitment and selection processes. Before their work at wefox, Lisa worked as a private tutor from 2012 to 2019.

From 2016 to 2018, Lisa attended Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM degree in Management e Design dei Servizi.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, Lisa also studied at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and earned a Laurea triennale degree in Sociologia.

Earlier, from 2006 to 2011, Lisa attended Liceo Scientifico G. Terragni and completed their Diploma di Liceo Scientifico, focusing on Scienze naturali.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lisa has obtained various certifications. Some notable certifications include a People Team Training certification from Lepaya, completed in April 2022, and a certification in Il nuovo regolamento UE in materia di Privacy from AC Formazione S.r.l., obtained in April 2021.

Lisa also completed a certification in La legge sulla responsabilità penale degli Enti: D.Lgs.231/01. Disciplina della responsabilità amministrativa delle persone giuridiche, delle società e delle associazioni anche prive di personalità giuridica from AC Formazione S.r.l. in November 2019.

Lisa obtained an MSC in Management e Design dei Servizi from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca in November 2018.

Furthermore, Lisa completed the AICA-E4JOB DIGITAL CULTURE FOR THE JOB certification from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca in April 2018, and a Certificazione Base di Project Management from Istituto Italiano di Project Management - ISIPM in September 2017.
