Rohit Anand

Rohit Anand has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2004, Rohit worked as a Sr. Developer at Hewitt Associates, where they wrote software in Java and managed a small team. Rohit then joined NCR Corporation in 2005 as a Project Leader.

From 2007 to 2009, Rohit worked at Sapient as a Senior Associate, focusing on technology. Rohit then moved on to Travelport, where they served as a Lead Software Consultant/Architect, working on the development and architecture of cross-technology SOAP web services connectors.

In 2009, Rohit joined Dell Services as a Software Architect and remained there until 2014. During their time at Dell Services, they played a critical role in software architecture.

From 2014 to 2015, Rohit worked at GlobalLogic as a Senior Solutions Architect and Co-Head of the Center of Excellence. Rohit provided advisory and software engineering delivery services to multiple customers. Notably, they were the Principal Software Architect for a Reliance JIO backup and recovery platform.

In 2015, Rohit joined AXA as the Innovation, Architecture & Engineering Leader - Chief Technologist, responsible for strategic initiatives and ideation, architecture, and engineering for commercial underwriting and big data BI platforms.

From 2019 to 2022, Rohit worked at Generali as the Head of Data Management and Engineering. Rohit was responsible for data governance, architecture, and engineering, and played a key role in creating and evolving a data platform and implementing machine learning and NLP-based models.

In 2022, Rohit took on a role as the Director of Data Engineering at HelloFresh before transitioning to the position of Vice President of Data Engineering at wefox later that year.
