Chad Haugen

Chad Haugen is a seasoned Senior Field Service Engineer at WEG since April 2023, with a strong background in industrial controls acquired during nearly nine years at Franklin Electric. In prior roles at Franklin Electric, Chad excelled in providing best-in-class customer service, delivering top-tier phone technical support, and managing the startup and troubleshooting of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Automatic Transfer Switches (ATL), and Soft starters. Chad also facilitated virtual and in-person training for both new and existing customers. Chad holds an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Portland, completed between 2011 and 2013.
