Uschi Mohaupt

Uschi Mohaupt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, IT development, and volunteerism. Currently a volunteer at Refugium Equestre since January 2022, Uschi provides coaching and training for both people and horses. As a funder for Sunbeam e.V. for Ghana since January 2011, Uschi supports children's education initiatives in Ghana. Uschi co-founded wega Informatik AG and serves as a member of the Board of Directors, also contributing to the advisory board of OoNiDa, which focuses on citizen-centric health ecosystems. Prior project management roles include positions at Actelion, Novartis, and Syngenta Crop Protection. Uschi's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Informatik from Technische Universität Berlin and mediation training from Heidelberger Institut für Mediation.
