Ian McNaughton AMCT, IMC

Ian McNaughton AMCT, IMC has a strong background in treasury and product management. Ian is currently working as a Product Lead at Runa since December 2022. Prior to this, Ian held the role of Head of Product Treasury at Bottomline TreasuryXpress from February 2021 to January 2023. From July 2019 to January 2021, they served as the Global Head of Product at TreasuryXpress. Ian also has experience as the Head of Treasury at Sucden Financial from March 2018 to July 2019 and at OctopusGroup from November 2016 to July 2017. Ian began their career as a Financial Trader at Close Brothers Treasury Services, where they worked from 2000 to 2006. In 2006, Ian joined Sarasin & Partners LLP as the Head of Cash & FX, where they worked until February 2016. With their extensive experience in treasury and product management roles, Ian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position at Runa.

Ian McNaughton AMCT, IMC began their education in 2006 when they obtained the IMC certification from CFA UK. In 2013, they earned the Level 2 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. In 2014, they obtained the ACT certification from the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Additionally, from 2014 to 2015, Ian attended the Association of Corporate Treasurers, although no degree or field of study is specified.
